摘要从多方面综述运动对免疫系统功能的影响,运动影响免疫系统功能的可能机制。以及运动诱导的免疫系统功能变化对机体的可能意义。 This paper summarizes the main research fields of contemporary exercise immunology, including the effects of physical training on immune system,and possible mechanism that may induce immunological effects in physical raining.And the significance of immunological effects induced by physical exercise are suggested.
