左旋咪唑对免疫抑制小鼠血中尿素、肌酐和活性氧的影响

EFFECT OF LEVAMISOLE ON UREA,CREATININE AND OFR IN MOUSE WITH IMMUNODEFICIENCY

以小白鼠为实验动物 ,观察左旋咪唑对免疫抑制小鼠血中尿素、肌酐和活性氧的影响。结果表明 :实验组小白鼠血液中尿素含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肌酐含量无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。而血清活性氧的含量显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Concentration of serum Urea,Creatinine and OFR in immunodeficient mice with and without treatment were detected. The result showed that Urea decreased markedly(P<0.05) compared with that of control, Creatinine altered little(P>0.05), OFR activitis decreased significently(P<0.05).
