高校重组中青年教师的思想政治教育

高校资源重组和优化配置是我国高等教育发展的一个必然趋势和途径。在此过程中 ,各高校内部管理体制的改革 ,必然涉及到广大教师特别是青年教师的切身利益 ,由此引发思想上的波动。为确保改革的顺利进行 ,加强青年教师的思想政治教育 ,提高其政治素质、业务素质和职业道德水平 。
