摘要 为查找某电雷管失效原因,采用解剖及X射线检查其内部情况。经验证分析表明:瞎火原因为产品结构设计不合理,造成桥丝与点火药分离。同时,提出了产品结构工艺的改进措施,并对改进产品进行了可靠性评估。结果表明其可靠性满足技术要求。 In order to find out the dud reason of the electric detonator, inspections of internal structure by dissection and X-ray have been conducted. It is shown by analysis: reasons of dud are caused by unreasonable design of the structure, so as to lead the bridgewire separate from ignition charge. While the paper also provides the measures for improvement of structural technology. Evaluation of reliability for improving the products has been conducted as well. Result shown that the reliability meets the technical requirement.
