Nonparametric approach of accelerated life testing

研究了恒定应力加速寿命试验 (简称恒加试验 )的非参数统计方法 ,给出了恒加试验的矩估计和最小二乘估计 。

This paper presents two nonparametric approaches(linear estimator and minimum distance estimator)of accelerated life testing by deleting the requirement that the common parametric family of life distributions under all stresses be specified in advance.The requirement that the time transformation function be specified is retained.Two approaches is illustrated in an example using real data.$$$$
