摘要
讨论了对数正态分布场合有非常数尺度参数恒加寿命试验的参数估计 。
This paper discusses the parameter estimation of the constant stress accelerated life tests under the lognormal distribution with nonconstant scale parameter.New point estimators and approximate confidence interval are derived.The simulation results show that the new estimators and approximate confildence interval are effective.$$$$
