摘要
本文根据带材冷轧机及箔材轧机的工作特点,导出了开卷机及卷取机驱动电机转速、张力电流、磁通及带材速度与实时卷径的函数关系,利用整流电路能量关系式绘制出了电量圆图,进而绘制了负荷计算必须的控制角及功率因数曲线,为开卷机、卷取机供电电源变压器的选择提供了理论及实际依据。
According to the operating modes of pay-off reel and recoiler of the aluminum strip or foil cold rolling mills,the author derived the functional relations of rotating speed,tension currant and flux of the drive motor and running speed of the strip to real-time coil diameters of pay-off reel and recoiler,plotted a mains input circle diagram on the basis of energy relationship formula of the rectified cir- cuit,furthermore plotted the curves of control angle and power factor,which are necessary for calculating the loads of the motors.This work provides a theoretical and practical basis for selecting the supply transformers of pay-off reel and recoiler.
