Flatness is an important quality index for aluminum foil.It is the only way to employ automatic flatness control system for im- proving aluminum foil flatness accuracy and raising production efficiency.This paper introduces an automatic flatness control system of aluminum foil rolling mill,which has a flatness measuring roll and can automatically control the foil flatness by means of roll tilting,roll bending and roll coolant spraying.
