功能论和冲突论是宏观社会学理论中长期对立的两种不同理论取向。怎样来实现这两大学派之间的理论综合至今仍是一个困扰着西方社会学家的难题。本文回顾了马克思、恩格斯在这方面的有关论述,从马克思、恩格斯的相关著作中抽取出一个综合性的社会理论模式,并通过将其与功能论和冲突论相比较的方式来说明它对于我们解决这两个学派之间的对立所具有的启发意义。

Functionalism and Conflict Theory are two conflicting theoretical approaches in Macro-Sociological theories.How to synthesize these two different approaches has long been a formidable challenge for sociologists.This article provided a review of some related arguments of Marx and Engles and suggested a new approach which originated from the works of Marx and Engles.This new approach may pave the way for reconciling the differences between Functionalism and Conflict Theory.
