麝香牛黄丸药理作用实验研究

Experimental Study on Pharmacologic of Musk Cow-bezoare Pill(麝香牛黄丸)

目的 :探讨麝香牛黄丸解热、抗炎、止咳的功效。方法 :选合格大、小鼠分别造发热、肿胀及咳嗽模型 ,并采用麝香牛黄丸治疗。结果 :麝香牛黄丸对酵母致热大鼠有解热作用 ;对大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖肿和小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有明显的抗炎作用 ,对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有一定的抑制作用 ,并能减轻氨水导致的咳嗽。结论 :麝香牛黄丸具有清热、抗炎。

Objective:To explore the pharmacologic function of Musk Cow Bezoare Pill(MCP).Method:Qualified rats were selected to make models of heat,inflammation and cough respectively and treated with MCP.Results:MCP had antipyretic effect on big rats with fever caused by yeast and antiindlammatory on rats with plantar inflammation caused by egg white and carrageen and auris inflammation caused by dimethylbenzenne.It also had inhibitory effect on tampon granuloma and cough caused by ammoria.Conclusion:MCP had the effect of antipyretic,anti inflammatory and relieving cough.
