摘要
采用心脑通脉灵治疗冠心病心绞痛 4 84例 ,并与通心络胶囊治疗 2 4 4例进行对照。结果 :心绞痛症状疗效比较治疗组显效 4 19例 ,有效 5 3例 ,无效 12例 ,总有效率为 97.5 2 % ;对照组显效 32例 ,有效 10 2例 ,无效 10 2例 ,总有效率为5 8.2 0 % ;两组总有效率比较有显著差异 (u=8.33,P<0 .0 1)。心电图疗效 :治疗组总有效率为 70 .6 4 % ,对照组为 30 .6 1% ,有显著差异 (u=8.86 ,P<0 .0 1)
Four hundred and eight four cases of angina were treated with Xinnao Tongmailing Pill(XTP),244 cases of angina treated with Tongxinluo Capsule(通心络胶囊) were set up as the control group.Result:In the treatment group,419 cases were markedly effective,53 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 97.52%;In the control group,32 cases were markedly effective,102 cases were effective,102 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 58.20%.The difference between the two groups was significant(u=8.33,P<0 01).The total effect rate of ECG in the treatment group was 70.64%,that in the control group was 30.61%(u=8.86,P<0 01).
