摘要
鄱阳湖区目前的经济落后状况与它拥有的丰富资源和优越的地理位置是不相称的。鄱阳湖的治理 ,应与湖区的资源综合利用和可持续发展结合起来。在鄱阳湖区 ,我们应从系统的观点 ,策应江西省“三个基地 ,一个后花园”的建设目标 ,建设生态农业区和生态工业区 ,加强保护和系统开发湿地资源。
At present,the economy in Poyang lake area fall behind,which can not match with its rich resources and the good location.For the exploitation in Poyang lake area,it is necessary to combine the comprehensive utilization with the sustainable development.In the Poyang lake area,we should fit the objective of 'three dasis and one back-garden' in Jiangxi province from the viewpoint of system,constract the ecological agriculture zone and the ecological industry zone,protect well and exploit systematically the wetland resource.
