马铃薯试管微型薯诱导的研究 被引量:17

摘要 选用大西洋 (Atlantic)为材料 ,采取正交试验的方法 ,研究培养基种类、B9浓度和光照三个因子对试管薯诱导的影响。结果表明 ,光照的影响存在极显著的水平差异 ,另两个因子水平间差异均不显著。实验表明 :提高总薯重和平均薯重的最优组合是MS +5mg·L-1B9+黑暗 ; We chose three factors(medium,concentration of B 9,light)to carry out this orthogonal experiment to study their influence on the induction of minituber.In the experiment virus-free plantlets of Atlantic were used.The result is as the following.Factor of light has very significant difference among three levels.The levels of the other two factors did not show significant difference.The best factor combination of improving total and equal microtuber amounts is MS+5 mg·L -1 B 9+dark.The best factor combination of improving microtuber mount is B 5+0 mg·L -1 B 9+dark.
