Analysis of Operating Mechanism of Basic Mass Sport Organization in Big Cities in China

通过对大城市基层群众体育组织的调查,研究在市场经济条件下如何发挥他们的作用,主要对运行机制(群众组织的人员配置、资源配置、筹资机制、信息联络机制、监督评估机制)等问题展开调查和分析讨论,并就建立具有中国特色的大城市基层群众组织的运行机制提出建议。

With the investigation of basic mass sport organization in big cities,the purpose of this paper is to discuss how to make the most of these organization in market economy,and analyzed the operating mechanism including the arrangement of people and resource,collecting money,information communication,regulation and evaluation.In the final,the authors provided some advices about the operating mechanism of basic mass sport organization in big cities in China.
