The property right is one of the basic human rights that citizens are expected to have. The constitutional protection of civil property rights is the fundamental requirement of a modern country under the rule of law. Within the whole world,the constitutional protection of civil property rights has undergone a change from a comparative stage to an absolute one.In our country, we followed the road with difficulty.However,the system of property rights in the constitution will develop and come to a new stage after the objectives of building a well\|off society in an all\|round way are set.
