论扬州学派的学术特征

On the Academic Styles and Features of Yangzhou School

清代扬州学派是继吴、皖两派之后产生的学术流派 ,它是乾嘉汉学思潮演变到鸦片战争前后新的经世致用思潮的中间环节。扬州学派具有自己的学术特征 :治学不尚墨守 ,主张融会贯通 ,善于归纳总结 ,力求通经致用。嘉庆、道光时期 ,扬州学派人数众多、著述宏富、成就卓越 ,在学术界占据中心地位。它对清代学术的发展作出了重大贡献 ,并对晚清的学术研究产生了深广的影响。

As an intermediate link of new trend of thought between the reign of Qian\|Jia and Opium War,Yangzhou School came into being in the late Qing Dynasty right after Wu School and Wan School emerged.Making a feature of its academic researches,Yangzhou School didnt stick to conventions,achieving thorough understanding of the practical knowledge of managing state affairs through mastery of all relevant materials.Adequately staffed,Yangzhou School made extensive publications and played a central role in academic circles during the reign of Jiaqing and Daoguang,making an important contribution to the academic development of the Qing Dynasty.
