摘要
西部邮政可持续发展要以承担和确保西部邮政普遍服务为主,应与西部社会发展、生态平衡和城镇化建设相适应,并充分利用西部的区域优势和特色,保持适度超前发展;西部邮政产业可持续发展的目标定位应立足于服务业,在完善网络建设、确保普遍服务的基础上,大力发展邮递类重点业务,并拓宽其它业务领域,促进西部邮政产业可持续发展。
The development of West China has a far-reaching influence on the postindustry of this region.This paper suggests that the sustainable development ofpost industry in West China should give priority to undertaking and ensuring thegeneral postal service,suit social development,ecological balance andurbanization,make full use of western region's advantages and characteristicsand keep their appropriate preferred development.The sustainable development ofthe post industry in West China should aim at service industry.On the basis ofperfecting the network construction and ensuring the general service,it shoulddevote its major efforts to developing postal delivery-its major business,andwidening the fields of other businesses.All of these are to be carried out topromote the sustainable development of the post industry in West China.
