摘要
涟钢所用的高压水除鳞生产线系由多个环节组成,一旦出现故障,难以用传统方法检查。为此研究成功了高压水射流除鳞生产线故障诊断系统。该系统根据机械、电气等设备在运行过程中反馈的各种信息,经专门的软件判断,以确定故障的位置和产生故障的原因,并给出解决故障的方法。实际应用表明,该诊断系统具有明显的先进性和实用性,能为除鳞生产线的稳定运行发挥极为重要的作用。
The high-pressure waterjet descaling operation line has many processes. Once trouble happens, it is difficult to use the conventional methods for trouble hunting. Thereby, the trouble diagnosis system for the high-pressure waterjet descaling operation line has been developed successfully. This system uses various feedback informations from in the running process of machines and electric equipment etc, through adjudging made by the special software, to determine the location and causes of trouble and provide the methods for troubleshoot. The results from its operation have shown that this diagnosis system is of better advantage and practicableness, and plays a very important role for the stable running of the descaling operation line.
