聚硅酸铝镁絮凝剂的制备及应用研究 被引量:11

摘要  制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸硫酸铝镁,将其应用于多种工业废水的处理,考察Mg/Si摩尔比、酸度等条件对絮凝效果的影响,并考察絮凝剂的稳定性.实验结果表明,Mg/Si摩尔比为3.0∶1,pH值在7~9之间时,聚硅酸硫酸铝镁应用于造纸、啤酒厂等工业废水处理,CODcr去除率达60%~80%,浊度去除率>98%,操作工艺简单,成本低,处理效果优于聚硅酸硫酸铝,结果令人满意. A inorganic polymolecular flocculantpolymerized silicate containing aluminium sulfate and magnesium sulfate(PSAMS) were prepared. The effects of ratio of magnesium to silicon(Mg/Si) and acidy on flocculation and the stability were investigated. The results shown that as the ratio of magnesium to silicon is 3.0∶1, pH value of water to be treated is from 7 to 9, the removal of CODcr can reach 60 %~80 % and the removal of turbidity is higher than 97 %. It may be applied to treating waste water from paper making mill, brewery, electroplating factory and slaughter house. Moreover, the cost of water treatment by using PSAMS is low, and its operation process is simple while its flocculating effect is better than PSAS's.
