摘要
通过冷态和热态实验测量研究了四角切圆燃烧锅炉的炉内流场特性。得出如下的结论 :1热态的实际切圆直径相比冷态有增大的趋势 ;2炉内气流的旋转动量流率矩沿高度下降 ,热态工况旋转动量流率矩衰减速度比冷态工况慢 ;3一次风反切的配风方式可有效降低炉内旋转动量流率矩的水平、明显削弱炉膛出口的残余旋转和减小水平烟道入口的速度偏差。图 8表 3参
The flow characteristics in T fired furnace is studied by cold modeling test and hot modeling test. Some conclusions are drawn as:①diameter of actual tangential circle in hot condition is larger than that of cold condition; ② moment of momentum flux of gas flow in furnce decreases along height of furnace, and decreases faster in hot condition than in cold condition; ③opposing tangential circle of primary air may effectively decrease moment of momentum flux in furnace and obviously alienate to residual rotation at exit of furnace.
