摘要
针对煤粉炉内钙基固硫剂燃烧脱硫率低的难题 ,研究了 W型火焰煤粉炉一次风燃烧区域烟气温度和烟气成分的动态变化规律。在研究添加剂量和添加方式对燃烧脱硫率影响的基础上 ,提出了分级配风两段喷钙脱硫技术的方案 ,从而实现一次风燃烧高温区域和中温燃烧区域的同时脱硫 ,使脱硫剂在高温还原区域生成 Ca S,在中温氧化区域生成 Ca SO4,从而避免了 Ca SO4在高温区域的分解 ,使 Ca/ S=3时煤粉炉的脱硫效率达到 71 .2 %。图 2表 2参
In order to promote the sulfur removal efficiency of calcium based sorbents during combustion in PCC boilers, the variation of flue gas temperature and flue gas composition in primary chamber and the influence of adding proportion and adding approach of sorbents was studied in a W shaped pulverized coal fired boiler. Furthermore, a new technique called two stage sorbent injection procedure was put forward. This technique made the simultaneous desulfurization in different atmosphere and different location possible. With this technique the desulfurization efficiency can be increased to as much as 72.6% when Ca/S reaches 3. Figs 2, tables 2 and refs 4.
