摘要
以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用熔融接枝法,对石蜡接枝苯乙烯进行初步研究.考察石蜡与苯乙烯的不同质量比对接枝率和产物的熔点、凝固点的影响.结果表明:在反应时间5h,反应温度97℃,引发剂BPO用量1%,石蜡与苯乙烯的比例5∶1时,可获得最大接枝率70.4%.
The melt grafting of styrene onto paraffin waxes in the presence of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator was studied. The effects of the difference weight ratio of paraffin waxes to styrene on the grafting rate, melting point and freezing point of the production were examined. The results showed that the styrene grafting rate could reach 70.4 % under experimental conditions of reaction temperature 97 ℃, reaction time 5 h, BPO 1.0 % and the weigh ratio of paraffin waxes to styrene 5∶1.
