摘要
选用玻璃粉作分离物料 ,对新型通道式分离器在冷态条件下的分离特性进行实验研究 ,考察了分离器进口风速和物料浓度对分离器分离效率和阻力损失的影响。实验还考察了分级分离效率 ,在速度 1 9m/s、浓度 480 g/m3 的条件下 ,分离器的切割粒径 d50 约为 7.2μm。结果表明 :通道式分离器具有结构紧凑、性能优越的特点 ,适用于循环流化床锅炉。图 8表 1参
It is completed that the experimental investigation on the performance of the channel separator under normal atmospheric temperature, using glass powder as material, further more, the effect of inlet velocity and concentration on separation efficiency and resistance head was discussed. The grade efficiency was studied also, and the results show that with the inlet velocity of 20 m/s and the concentration of 480 g/cm 3, the cut diameter d 50 is 7.2 μm. It can be concluded that the channel separator is perfectly applicable for the circulating fluidized bed boiler, for its excellent performance and compact structure. Figs 8, table 1 and refs 4.
