高灵敏度催化光度法测定超痕量铜I Cu(Ⅱ)-H_2O_2-MA体系

摘要 本文基于在氨性介质中,痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对H_2O_2氧化天青Ⅰ的褪色反应具有明显的催化作用.从而建立了一个测定痕量铜的新催化光度法,检出限为0.08ng/ml,线性范围为0-0.15μg/25ml.应用于环境标准样品,人发样,饮用水的分析均获得满意结果. A new method is presented for the calalytic spcetrphotometric determination of ultratrace amouts of Cu(Ⅱ) .The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of methyiene Azur by H_2O_2 in the presence of phenanthroline the detection linit for Cu (Ⅱ)is 8. 0×10^(-5)μg/ml. the linear range is 0-0. 15μg/25ml. The methed is suitable for the direct determination of Cu(Ⅱ) in standard circumstance sample and tap water and hairs sample by means of additon method.
