摘要 FHJ16型胶体灭火材料是具有粘弹性的非牛顿流体,其流变性很复杂。胶体的流动性对灭火工艺和灭火性能影响很大。通过相似模拟的方法研究了新型胶体在管道中流动的阻力系数。实验表明,新型胶体材料在管道中以较高速度流动时具有的减阻性,有利于管道输送胶体。低速流动时,阻力大于水,所以胶体可大量滞留大煤层裂隙中,有利于堵漏风和灭火,因此胶体具有良好的灭火性能。 The newly invented firefighting gel FHJ16 is a kind of nonnewton fluid with viscouselasticity. Flowing character of the gel, which influences fire extinguishing property remarkably is very complicated. Through hydrodynamic similitude experiments, coefficients hindering flow of the gel in duct is calculated. It proved that, resistance against flow of the gel in duct is smaller than that of water when velocity is higher, and is much higher than that of water when velocity is fairly small. During firefighting process, gel is injected into fire spots in coal seam through duct. Flowing velocity of the gel in the duct is very high and decreases to zero in coal seam in the end. Therefore, the gel is easy to both flow in the duct and detain in firing spot in coal seam. So fireextinguishing technics and properties of the gel is good.
