摘要
研究了多热源炉和无限微热源炉合成的SiC微粉和晶须在水介质中的自然分散行为和不同分散方法以及不同分散剂在不同条件下对其分散作用的影响。结果表明,超声波对SiC微粉的分散效果较明显;不同的分散剂对SiC微粉均有不同程度的分散作用;分散剂四甲基氢氧化铵对SiC微粉的分散效果最好。
The dispersion behavior of SiC ultrafine powders in water media and influence of different dispersant on their dispersion actions under different conditions were studied. The results show that the dispersion actions of ultrasonic on SiC ultrafine powders at water is very evident. Different dispersant shows different extent of dispersion actions on SiC ultrafine powders. The dispersion effect of the dispersant methylic ammonium hydroxide on SiC ultrafine powders is the strongest.
