针对国内银行采用的基于公用电话网的银行卡支付系统的缺陷 ,在分析GSM短消息接口的基础上 ,详细论述了基于CMPP协议的银行卡移动支付网关系统的设计和实现。

This paper contraposes the limitation of bank card transaction based on the Public Switched Telephony Network in domestic banks, then proposes a solution of design and implementation of bank card mobile payment system based on the China Mobile Peer to Peer protocol in details. Some important technology items are also shows.
