摘要
通过对中国高等院校建立教育质量管理体系必然性和国外教育质量管理动态的分析,论述了高等院校基于ISO9000标准建立健全质量管理体系的可行性,阐明了高等教育质量管理体系的关键点,最后提出了基于ISO9000标准开展高等教育质量管理体系研究的基本设想。
Through analysis on the necessity of seting up in China education quality management system of institutions of higher the learning based on ISO 9000, and foreign trends of education quality management. The feasibility of seting up and perfecting education quality management system of institutions of higher learning based on ISO 9000 is commented. The key of quality management system of higher education are expounded. Finally, basic conceives of study on quality management of higher education based on ISO 9000 are proposed.
