摘要
5 Fu和CHM都强烈抑制稀脉浮萍6746开花,在SD诱导2天以内5 Fu完全抑制开花,以后抑制作用逐渐减弱;而在SD诱导4天以内CHM完全抑制开化.CHM明显抑制光周期诱导开花过程中过氧化物酶活性的增强和同工酶带的增多,而5 Fu则无此作用.
Flowering was inhibited strongly by 5-Fu and CHM. As treatment with 5-Fu during the first 2 SD induction flowering was inhibited completely, during 4 SD induction flowering was prevented by CHM entirely.The appearance and the increase in activity of peroxidase isozymes were inhibited strongly by CHM but not by 5-Fu.
