A Trial Solution to the Mystery of Title Deeds for Yongshui Ting Academy

本文首次公开了永绥厅书院的两份房契并对房契进行了初步讨论,认为房契所反映的书院为绥阳书院,其具有官私合办性质,书院十位首士事隔107年又一次变卖书院同一份产业完全是永绥县解放初土地改革仓促催生的产物。房契所提供的新史料弥补了某些专业志的不足。

Two title deeds for Yongshui Ting Academy are made known to the public for the first time in this article. The elementary discussion on the title deeds shows that the academy reflected in the deeds is Shuiyang Academy, a public and private one. That ten trustees of the Academy sold the same property again after 107 years was the product of the land reform in Yongshui County at the early time of liberation .The new historical materials provided by the title deeds make up for the lack of some specilized annals.
