摘要
高等师范院校的学生是未来的人民教师 ,体育教学应该充分发挥其功能 ,提高学生对体育健身的认识 ,帮助他们树立“健康第一”的思想 ,培养其终身健身的意识 。
The students in normal universities will be teachers in futur e. The physical education should give full play to its function which will improve the students to recognize body-building, help them to adopt the idea of “prio r ity to the health' and cultivate the consciousness of body-building throughout their life. It will be very usefull for their teaching and life in future.
