摘要 本方研究了在NaHCO_3-NaOH介质中,钴(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化铬天青S反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新催化光度法.线性范围为0-0.1μgCo/25ml,检出限为7.80×10^(-11)g/ml,并用于维生素B_(12)中钻(Ⅱ)的测定. The catalytic action that trace cobalt catalyze the reaction of chrome azurol Soxidized by hydrogen peroxide has been studied in the medium of NaHCO_3-NaOH. A new method for catalytic spetrophotometrtic determination of trace cobalt has been developed. The linear range is 0-0.1μgCo/25ml and the limit of detection is 7. 80×10^(-11)g/ml. It has been used to determine trace cobalt in vitamin B_(12).
