摘要
本文主要报导最近13年(1978-1990)中镉试剂及其一些新合成的同类衍生物在分光光度测定痕量镉中的应用——现状与进展.文中综合了41篇文献中报导的32种方法,较全面地反映了最近13年来镉试剂类显色剂作分光光度测定镉的研究工作的现状,并用表列出了每种方法的显色条件、最大吸收波长、摩尔吸光系数及符合比耳定律的适宜浓度范围.
Methods for the spectrophotometric determination of trace amounts of cadmium with Cadion and its analogous derivatives during the years of 1978 to 1990 have been reviewed. The review includes ten chromogents i.e. Cadion, Cadion 2B, Cadion IREA , New Cadion, Cadion pB and ortho- OH^-ortho-COOH ^- para-CH_3O-, ortho-AsO_3H_2-and 2,4-dinitro benzenediazoaminoazobenzene, 32 methods and 41 references. These Methods have high sensitivity and good selectivity in the presence of suitable masking agents. Optimal experimental conditions for the development of coloration ,wavelength of maximum absorption(λ_(max,nm) ,molar absorptivities(ε,L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)) and Beer's law over the concentration range of cadmium are listed in tables for each method.
