强化医院消毒灭菌管理及对策

Countermeasures and Management for Hospital Disinfection and Sterilization

目的 通过对医院科室监测和检查及时发现问题、分析原因提出改进方法以控制医院感染发生。方法 对临床科室进行定期微生物监测和不定期现场督促检查。结果 实施定期微生物监测与不定期现场督促检查 ,使得各项监测合格率明显提高。结论 医院消毒灭菌管理意识淡薄 ,消毒灭菌工作仍是一个薄弱环节 ,只有强化医院消毒灭菌管理才能持续控制医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To find out and analyze the cruces of the problem of hospital infection control and monitoring, and give suggestions for them. METHODS Microbial monitoring of the clinical departments periodically and checking up on the spot at any time were conducted. RESULTS The qualified rate of all indexes had been improved largely. CONCLUSIONS The mind of the supervisor was still not strong enough, and the works of disinfection and sterilization were still the vulnerable spots. It is only by enhancing the management of disinfection and sterilization that the nosocomial infection can be preventable.
