Establishment of A Modern Sterilization Supply Department

目的 规范消毒供应室的布局与管理 ,提高消毒供应室管理质量和医院感染控制力度。方法 结合国内外先进消毒供应室的建筑与布局优点 ,重建全新的消毒供应室 ,三区以双扉式全自动清洗、灭菌设备作隔离屏障 ,人流、物流不交叉 ;引进先进的消毒灭菌设备 ,安装层流空气净化 ,物品采用计算机管理 ;在质量管理中引入ISO90 0 1国际质量管理标准 ,规范工作程序。结果 清洁区空气、物体表面、工作人员手和无菌区空气卫生学监测质量前后比较有显著统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,洗涤、包装、灭菌、发放和表格记录质量明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,无菌物品合格率保持在 10 0 % ,工作人员对自身工作满意度明显提高 ,工作中受伤次数明显减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论合理的布局、先进的设施与规范的管理是创建现代化消毒供应室的重要保证。

OBJECTIVE To establish rational arrangement and standardized management of a sterilization supply department in order to improve the management quality and nosocomial infection control. METHODS Combined the advanced construction and arrangement of sterilization supply department in the world, a new sterilization supply department was rebuilt. There were two door automatic washing, sterilizing equipment as isolating barriers, the pathways of persons were not crossed with that of stuff, the passages were reduced. Installed advanced sterilizing equipment and laminar flow air purifier. Management of stuff was computerized. Applied ISO 9001 International Management Standards in quality control. The procedure of work has been standardized, the quality control has been enhanced and the quality has been improved incessantly. RESULTS The quality of hygiene inspecting in post implement on air of cleaning area, superficial surface, hands of staff and air of sterilization area were significantly improved compared with pre implement (P<0.05). The quality of washing, packing, sterilizing, distributing and documents improved significantly (P<0.05), the certified rate of sterilized stuff kept 100%. The satisfaction rate of staff themselves has been improved significantly (P<0.01), work incidents decreased significantly (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS Rational arrangement, advanced equipment and standardized management all are important insurance on establishment of modern sterilization supply department.
