摘要
目的 观察我院抗菌药的应用情况。方法 对 5 5名在传染科住院的患者进行现况调查。结果 我院传染科抗菌药主要用于治疗 ,其中氧氟沙星最为常用 ;细菌培养送检率仅 2 1.0 5 % ,给药方式主要以静脉和口服为主。结论 预防性地应用抗菌药对于降低传染科危重患者医院感染很有必要 ,加大病原微生物的检测对于抗菌药物的合理应用相当重要 ;无依据的经验用药、频繁更换抗菌药 ,容易造成医院耐药菌株的生成 ;联用抗菌药物应严格掌握联合用药的指征。
OBJECTIVE To study the using of antimicrobial agents in the department of infectious diseases. METHODS To investigate 55 inpatients by cross sectional study. RESULTS Among antimicrobial agents, ofloxacin was the most frequently used. The bacterial examination rate was only 21.05%. CONCLUSIONS Antimicrobial pretreatment is necessary for the severe inpatients. Increasing the susceptibility testing, no using antimicrobial without any reason, no changing antimicrobials frequently could reduce the resistant bacteria.
