摘要
分析了水电的技术构成和在电网中的作用 ,论述了可调节水电容量作为电网运行资源的价值 ,提出了水电参加电网市场化运作的方案 ,讨论了水电发展的方向。
This paper analyses the technical composition and function of hydropower in power networks,and demonstrates the value of hydropower as an operating resource of power networks. It also proposes a scheme of hydropower entering in the electricity market and discusses the trend of hydropower development.
