我国体育科学研究所科研队伍整体状况的调查研究

A study of overall situation of science workers in Chinese research institutes of P.E.

采用抽样调查法、比较研究法等方法对我国体科所科研人员队伍的数量状况、结构状况、课题研究状况进行了调查与分析。结果表明,该队伍的学历结构、职称结构、专业结构、年龄结构基本合理,但远不够理想,应予以优化;体科所科研人员与体育院系教师中本科以上学历人员及中、高级职称人员均居主体地位,但在体育院系教师中有研究生学历者的比例稍高于体科所科研人员。

This paper studies the number,structure and researches of the science workers in the Chinese Research Institute of Physical Culture by adopting investigation and comparative study. The result shows that structures of their academic credentials,professional titles,specialties and ages are basically reasonable though far from ideal. The majority of the research workers and teachers in the departments and institutes of P.E. have middle ranks or high ranks. The percentage of teachers with Master Degree is higher than that of the research workers.
