摘要 受试者在跑台上进行递增负荷运动,并测量每级运动的心率。结果表明:少篮组运动前心率和各级运动的心率反应均比对照组明显低(P<0 05);少篮组各级运动的身体应变也比对照组明显低(P<0 05);少篮组完成工作量的绝对值(Mets)和相对体重表示的做功量的相对值(Mets·kg-1)均明显高于对照组(P<0 05)。 The subjects of the study performed incremental exercises on treadmill and their heart rate at each stage was measured. The results demonstrated that the heart rate(P<0.05) before exercise and at every stage for juvenile basketball players was lower than those of the contrast group. So was the physical strain. The absolute value of completing work(Mets) and the relative value(Mets·kg-1) were obviously higher than those(P<0.05) of the contrast group.
