摘要
乒乓球运动是一项中等强度的、以有氧代谢为主、几秒钟内的爆发性的无氧代谢运动项目。身体素质以移动速度、挥臂速度、灵活性、耐久力为主要素质。从生理生化理论上提出了有关专项体能训练的有关方法,为教练员运动训练提供参考。
Pingpong is an event that is mediumintensity aerobic metabolism dominated featured by several seconds of nonaerobic metabolism.The main physical qualities include the speed of moving and swinging the arm,flexibility and endurance.This paper puts forth methods of stamina training from the physiological and biochemical theories so as to provide references for the sports training.
