摘要
基于企业竞争力的企业家胜任力模型 ,从胜任力角度出发 ,以企业绩效为导向 ,整合了竞争力理论研究的若干成果。该模型提出机遇、关系、概念、组织、战略和承诺六大胜任力因素。主张用企业家胜任力来提高企业竞争力 ,预测长期绩效。
A conceptual model about entrepreneurial competence based on enterprise competitiveness is put forward. The model integrates competitiveness research findings by focusing on competence approach and taking into consideration the performanc.It provides six competence factors,including opportunity,relationship,conceptual,organizing,strategic and commitment competence.The authors contend using entrepreneurial competence to improve the enterprise competitiveness and predict the long-term performance.
