我国资本市场经过十多年的快速发展 ,在国企减负、筹集资金等方面发挥着重要的作用。同时在资本市场发展过程中也出现很多的问题 ,特别是制度供给不足和滞后等缺陷较为突出 ,对资本市场的进一步发展形成较大制约 ,深入分析这些问题及形成的原因并找到行之有效的对策显得格外重要和紧迫。

China's capital market has played an important role in several aspects after ten-year rapid development. It has also many problems which restrict its further development. This article analyzes the causes of the formation of China's capital market and puts forward some countermeasures for solving the problems.
