掷铁饼项目技术与力学特性的研究

对掷铁饼技术中身体姿势的平衡、旋转力矩的产生与有效传递、人———饼系统的旋转速度和轨迹特征、运动员的施力时机进行探讨。表明:身体重心的移动和支撑点的位置是维持旋转过程中身体平衡的基础,铁饼、上肢、躯干和下肢良好扭紧状态是有效形成力和传递力的前提,施力时机的准确把握能提高投掷效率。

The authors researched on the balance of the body,rotating moment,effective pass,rotating speed,orbit features of man and discus,timing for exertion and so on.It was revealed that the transfer of body gravity and the position of supporting point are the bases for balance in rotation.The fine tight state of discus,upper limbs,torso and legs is the prerequisite for effective throw.Good timing of exertion can guarantee efficient throw.
