摘要
从运动生物力学角度,对跆拳道横踢动作进行转动力学分析,探究其内在的特点与规律,从而科学地指导训练,是目前我国跆拳道运动较为薄弱的一个环节。对此本文以后横踢动作为例对其进行了探讨。认为进攻腿的打击速度,肌肉对骨杠杆的动力矩,肢体相对转轴的转动惯量以及躯干的协调与配合等方面,是影响横踢打击效果的较为重要的因素。在训练中只有抓住这些关键因素,结合运动员的特点加以指导,才能获得事半功倍的理想效果。
The rotating mechanical analysis of Taekuondo YeopJireugi is a weak joint for the Chinese Taekunondo.The purpose of this study is to explore the inner features and laws so as to guide the scientific training in the future.A rotating mechanical analysis of YeopJireugi is made from the sport biomechanical viewpoint.It is found that the speed of the attacking leg,the motive moment of the muscle on the bone level,the rotating inertia of body relative axle and the coordination of the limbs are the most important factors influencing the attacking results.The instruction and training of these factors can help the athletes achieve good results with half the efforts.
