摘要
通过在健美选项课中运用处方教学的实验研究,论证了采用此方法对于增强学生锻炼的知识性和科学性,培养学生健美锻炼的兴趣、能力和习惯,提高教学质量的可行性和实效性。
Through studies on exercise prescription teaching in calisthenics elective courses,this thesis analyzes the feasibility of applying exercise prescription in imparting the students knowledge about physical exercises and arouse the students interest in calisthenics so as to promote their ability and better the teaching quality.
