当前 ,我国农业处在战略性发展的新阶段 ,农业发展、农民增收面临着新情况、新问题。通过对美、英、日等发达国家提高农民收入的主要做法进行分析 ,借鉴其经验 ,结合我国实际 ,探讨了提高我国农民收入的一些思路。

At the strategic stage of China's new development, new situations and problems are encountered in agricultural development and farmers' income growth. By analyzing the major approaches to increasing farmers' income adopted by developed countries such as USA, UK and Japan and so on, and combining their experience with Chinese situation, the authors put forward some ideas for increasing Chinese farmers' income.
