摘要
分析了粉煤灰改性的物质基础 ,阐述了当前改性的主要方法 ,在此基础上 ,笔者用煅烧、Na(OH) 2 溶液改性粉煤灰制得类沸石吸附剂的比表面积为 112 .6 m2 /g、孔隙率为 83.1% ,是改性前的 4 0 .2 2和 1.6 7倍。用此类沸石吸附剂来处理浓度为 2 0 0 mg/l的模拟含铅废水 ,去除率为 84 .87%、吸附容量为 33.94 mg/g,分别是改性前的 31.13、3.13倍 ,处理效果优于市售一级活性炭。并用 0 .1M的 HCl溶液和饱和 Na Cl溶液再生此吸附剂 ,解吸率达到了 98%以上 ,此再生的类沸石吸附剂处理含铅废水的去除率也达到了 83%以上。另外也研究了用酸改性粉煤灰来处理造纸废水 ,并设计了工艺流程、确定了工艺参数 ,处理效果令人满意。
Material basis of coal ash modified character and accounts for the major modified character ways were analyzed.On the base,the ratio surface area of zeolite like sorbent manufactured by the modified character method with calcinations and Na(OH) 2 solution was 112.6m 2/g and its hole gap rate was 83.1%.Compared with original fly ash,ratio surface area and hole gap rate of zeolite like sorbent increased 40.22 and 1.67 times respectively.The removal rate and adsorptive capacity of lead achieved to 84.87%,33.94mg/g respectively in the treatment of imitated waster water of lead(concentration:200mg/l),they were 31.13,3.13 times of these of original fly ash respectively.The effect was better than that of alive character in the market.Being soaked in the solution of 0.1M HCl and summative NaCl reused the sorbent,and the separating absorption rate exceeded 98%.In addition,the treatment of paper making waste water was studied by the modified character coal ash with acid,moreover,arts and crafts flow was desingned,arts and crafts paramenters were confirmed.The treating effect was turned up trumps.At last,the problems existing in treating waster water and waster gas with modified character coal ash and emphasized points of the study in the days to come were pointed out.
