摘要
用Re Al N复合变质剂对M 2铸造高速钢进行变质处理 ,消除了钢中网状共晶碳化物 ,细化了基体组织 ,减轻了W、Mo元素偏析 ,在不降低M 2高速钢硬度的情况下 ,韧性大幅度提高 ,经 1180~ 12 0 0℃淬火 ,5 6 0℃三次回火后 ,硬度保持在HRC6 5~ 6 6 ,冲击韧性由 8.5J提高到 17.0J。变质处理M
The modification of M2 cast high speed steel had been conducted by using complex modifier of Re, Al and N. It was manifested that network eutectic carbides were eliminated, matrix structures were refined, segregation of tungsten and molybdenum elements were relieved and the impact toughness of the steel obviously increased without hardness loss.Quenched at 1180~1200℃ and three times tempered at 560℃, the hardness of the steel maintain 65~66HRC, impact toughness increases from 8.5J to 17.0J and the modified steel had excellent fatigue resistance and wear resistance at high temperature.
