摘要
分析了普通课件的不足，给出了基于XML的Web课件开发平台总体框架和模块划分，介绍了现代远程教育技术标准并给出一个XML文档实例。
The existing coursewares have many limitations. In this paper, the frame and the module of XML-based courseware development platform of Web are presented. And a sample of XML document that accords with the E-learning technology standard is also given.
