摘要
目前广泛应用的解算矿井复杂通风网路方法是以风网的各分支风阻值和扇风机工作特性参数作为解算基础数据,而获得风网各分支的风阻值是费时费力的。为此,本文提出了通过测算风网风量求分支风阻的方法解算矿井复杂通风网路。从理论上分析了以分支风阻为未知数的线性方程组建立过程及方程组解存在的唯一性。用BASIC语言编写了测风求阻法解算复杂通风网路的计算机程序,并在超群386微机上通过。通过具体实例说明程序的实用性。该解算方法与其它解算方法不同的是本法以风网的风量和扇风机工况点作为解算网路的基础数据,对生产矿井的通风网路解算更能显示其优越性。
The solutions widely used at present for calculating comlicated mine ventilation networks are ones in which resistances of the branches and characteristic parameters of the fans are taken as basic input data. But it is time-and-energy-consuming to obtain the branch resistance values. Developed in this paper is a new solution in which the branch resistance values are obtained through measuring and evaluating the airflow of the whole ventilation net-work. Theoretical analysis is made of the establsihment of a linear equation series with branch resistances as unknown numbers , an equation series for which one, and only one, result of solutions exists. This solution is programmed in BASIC and passed on a Chaoqun 386 personal computer. The programed solution programed proves of practical use, as demanstrated by specific examples. Being different from other solutions, the method takes the branch airflow and fan working points as basic input data, and the present solution is of greater advantage for calculating ventilation networks of mines in operation.
